• Our Group Sales Department will accept charter arrival requests from the Motorcoach Booking Form completed by AGCO Registered Tour Suppliers
• In order to receive incentives, all patrons must arrive with a Motorcoach Carrier that meets the Insurance requirements of the Niagara Casinos.
• All arrivals must be scheduled and confirmed through the Group Sales Department at Fallsview Casino Resort.
• Food vouchers are non-transferable and are not redeemable for alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum 5 hour stay is required to qualify for all incentive offers.
• Incentive offers are valid 7 days per week.
• Guest Incentive Offers on Saturdays at Fallsview Casino Resort are available until 5pm.
• Reservations are limited and made on a first come, first serve basis.
• Additional restrictions may apply.
• Fallsview Casino Resort reserves the right to cancel or alter this program at any time.
• Motorcoach incentive offers cannot be combined with any other gaming offer.
• Motorcoach Food/Coin offers will not be given to customers who have a complimentary show ticket on their arrival date.
• Those traveling by motorcoach to Fallsview Casino Resort or Casino Niagara must be 19 years of age or older.
• A valid Players Club Card and Government-issued photo ID are required to receive an incentive offer.

Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) License
Applicable legislation requires tour operators and motorcoach companies who wish to qualify for special offers to be registered under the Gaming Control Act, 1992.

U.S. Citizens
In order to enter Canada from the United States, U.S. citizens are required to show valid government-issued photo identification and proof of U.S. citizenship (such as a passport or birth certificate) at the Canada / United States border. When returning to the United States, U.S. citizens are required to show either a passport or a combination of birth certificate and driver's license.

The tour agent shall remain an independent party responsible for its own action and the actions of its employees. No advertisement for either the tour company or the Motorcoach operator should insinuate that they are contracted by either casino for their service. Our name and our respective logos are registered and cannot be used by any company other than Fallsview Casino Resort. This policy is subject to change without notice. Fallsview Casino Resort reserves the right to alter or cancel this policy and to limit the number of arriving coaches and their times. Offers do not apply to a second day trip. All offers and reservations are subject to availability and some restrictions may apply. All Motorcoach programs are subject to change without notice. Legislation prohibits those under the age of 19 from entering the gaming areas of Fallsview Casino Resort. Vouchers cannot be redeemed, in whole or in part, for alcoholic beverages. Must be 19 years or older to participate. Reservations and offers may be restricted on recognized holidays.
